Who are we looking for? Our Victorian Plant and Process group has an opportunity for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join them in the Melbourne office. In this role you will work as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team across a variety of projects for oil and gas, industrial, and water authority clients, delivering concept and detailed design services for electrical and automation elements. We're looking for individuals who: Has recently graduated, or are in their final semester of a degree in Electrical Engineering Interest in automation, low voltage electrical design, switchboard and motor controls Strong teamwork and communication skills Any prior experience in an engineering environment will be highly regarded. You'll have the opportunity to be involved in: Assisting senior engineers across a range of projects Developing your technical skills through mentorship with other colleagues Working on electrical designs, prepare reports, model electrical systems to various detail using multiple software packages. Working collaboratively with peers across other disciplines within GHD, as well as with our clients What can we offer you?
