Exciting role with the opportunity to make an impact on continuing airworthiness requirements for our fleet of B717 aircraft Full time, permanent opportunity Located in Adelaide National Jet Systems (NJS) is part of the Qantas group and plays an important role in connecting communities and industries. Our fleet consists of twenty Boeing 717 aircraft, operating regular services to capital cities, regional centres and leisure destinations. Safety is our first priority. Reporting to the Maintenance Watch & Reliability manager, the Reliability Engineer is responsible for proactively managing the B717 reliability program to optimise fleet and component performance in order to maintain the desired OTP standards and ensuring the Approved Maintenance Program (AMP) remains effective. You'll have - Ability to work as part of a team and with minimal supervision Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to work to a designated timeline Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Understanding of aircraft Reliability and MSG3 process Excellent verbal & written communication skills Good time management & organisational skills Competent use of MS Excel, Access, Daniels IAS software packages Detailed understanding of aircraft MPD and MRB requirements Awareness of MSG3 principle Why Qantas?
