As a Field Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support across various hardware and software platforms, with a primary focus on HP hardware, Apple devices, and MS 365 software. This is a 12-month contract role with daily rate compensation. Key Responsibilities: HP Hardware Support: Proficient in troubleshooting and supporting HP EliteBook laptops. Perform refreshes and builds on fleet PCs. Apple Device Support: Provide support for iPhones, including troubleshooting and configuration. MS 365 Software Support: Proficient in supporting MS Teams and the entire MS 365 suite. Address user issues and provide assistance in utilizing MS 365 applications. Service Management: Log and manage support tickets through the ServiceNow portal. Ensure timely resolution of support requests. IT Asset Management: Manage hardware assets and software licenses through the IT Shop system. Hardware/Software Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve hardware and software issues promptly. Collaborate with end-users to provide effective solutions. Managed Print Services Troubleshooting: Support and troubleshoot issues related to Managed Print Services. Adhoc Project Support: Assist in adhoc projects as and when required by the organization. Collaborate with the project team to meet project goals. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in providing field support for HP hardware, Apple devices, and MS 365 software. Strong troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software domains. Familiarity with IT service management tools, particularly ServiceNow. Previous experience in managing hardware assets and software licenses. Knowledge of Managed Print Services troubleshooting.
