Our Client based in the northern suburbs of Sydney and have a history of delivering high quality products within their sterile, clean room facility. As the CQV Engineer you’ll be a key decision maker performing commissioning, qualification and validation of plant, equipment, facilities and processes to enhance the manufacturing capabilities on site. With a diverse range of projects ready to go, this is a rare opportunity to utilise your expertise and expand your capabilities. Key to this position is developing protocols, performing IQ, OQ, PQ, PPQ and influencing teams on the ground to uptake the improvements and changes that are implemented. What do you need? Our ideal candidate is a superstar who has great decision-making skills with proven experience working with internal stakeholders to achieve outcomes together. Key skills and experience we are seeking include: Bachelor of Engineer with a minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in a sterile manufacturing facility Experience planning your own work that considers production schedules, ensuring project timelines are achieved and production interruptions are limited Great communication skills with the confidence to talk to internal stakeholders to maintain momentum on tasks Previous experience leading change controls, CAPA, Risk assessments. These roles will be initially offered as 12 month contracts with the potential for extension or permanency in future.
