We are currently seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Engineering team located in Perth, Western Australia on a permanent basis. About the Job As a senior structural engineer, you have the opportunity to work on high profile Prelude FLNG Brownfield. In this role, you will be engaged in projects at different stages from concept/feasibility to execute, fabrication and installation stages. You will be responsible for: Performing hands on structural design and developing associated engineering deliverables Interfacing with other engineering disciplines as required during project execution and working closely with the Structural Designers to deliver required drawings Supervise structural engineers and designers as defined by project organisation chart Assisting in defining the resources requirement for both drafting and structural engineering on your assigned project/scope Developing and maintaining a schedule for assigned work scope and associated deliverables Providing site engineering supervision / technical assistance for manufacturing, fabrication and / or installation site as required About You We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following requirements: Bachelor's degree (minimum) in structural engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience in structural analysis and design of offshore structures, including experience with brownfields modifications. Steel structural design experience and in-depth knowledge of detail design engineering of bolted connections Design in accordance with International (API, ISO, AISC, DNV) and Australian standards. Essential software experience: Space Gass, SACS, Mathcad, Navisworks. Preferred software experience: Sesam/GeniE, Usfos, AutoCAD/BrisCAD, Coding and FEA analysis. Expert written English for technical report preparation.
