Build your career at Iress As a Salesforce Platform Integration Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the new implementation and expansion of our Salesforce Sales and Revenue Cloud instances. Your expertise will be pivotal in creating, maintaining, and optimising integrations between Salesforce and various systems including JIRA, OKTA, and Databricks. You will take the helm in managing all integration points, supplying the project team with subject matter expertise, and significantly contributing to shaping our Salesforce implementation and overarching strategy. Some of the awesome things you'll be involved with: Design, develop, and maintain robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as JIRA, OKTA, and Databricks. Write, test, and support microservices and APIs while ensuring optimal performance. Configure and optimise Salesforce native adapters to meet business needs. Act as a subject matter expert, offering insights and guidance to the project team on best practices and innovative solutions. Maintain high levels of security awareness and due diligence. Play a strategic role in shaping the direction and execution of Salesforce implementations. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to integration. Design and implement API as a product capabilities. Create and maintain technical documentation. What you will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of technical experience in platform integration. Experience with Salesforce and systems like JIRA, OKTA, and Databricks highly regarded. Proven experience in writing, testing, and supporting microservices and APIs. Hands-on experience configuring native adapters, experience with Salesforce highly regarded. Relevant Salesforce certifications (or the desire to achieve them) is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
