Based onsite at various locations during Power Station Outage events, this role will assist with operational readiness for Maintenance Outages and support Capital Projects. This is a crucial role responsible for supporting the successful execution of maintenance projects within our power station maintenance division. This role involves assisting Project Managers and teams in various aspects of project planning, coordination, and monitoring to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets Assist in organizing project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and drawings Generate regular progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders Track project expenses and maintain budget records Change management Ensure projects comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals Promote a culture of safety on project sites, following all safety procedures and regulations About You: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field Previous experience in project coordination or a similar role within the construction industry, preferably on power station projects Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of construction industry regulations and safety standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure What we offer: A chance to join a 6,000 strong organisation owned by the CIMIC Group, one of the world’s leading international contractors What makes you right for UGL: You have a can do attitude You want to be part of a high performing team You believe success and value are driven by real teams where everyone has a role to play About Us: UGL Pty Limited is a leading provider of end-to-end engineering, construction and maintenance services.
