Currently looking to hire a Head of Data Engineering to help provide the roadmaps and future data platforms across all verticals. DUTIES As the Head of Data Engineering the core responsibilities of your role will cover: Drive the vision and strategy for Data Engineering within Cloud based Data pipelines Proactively mentor and grow the team, incl. standards and frameworks Managing and developing a high performing team as a Technology thought leader. SKILLS You will come with strong stakeholder centric focus, and will strive to ensure efficiencies and implement new ways of working that deliver optimum outcomes for both the business and the customer. High proficiency in SQL (or similar) and successful development experience with scripting languages and tools Proven experience in on-prem and cloud-based data engineering solution design and delivery in a medium to large enterprise Design and implement DevOps frameworks and streamlined data pipelines Evidence of customer service focus, creating culture of innovation, collaboration and performance BENEFITS This is an exciting opportunity to join a great culture and environment with a company while they continue to scale and grow with exciting new projects.
