Requirements We are seeking a skilled and experienced GCP Data Engineer - Consultant to join our AIATeam. Role: GCP Data Engineer- Consultant Location: Melbourne Open for Subcontracting - Daily rate - AUD 600 to AUD 700 INC of all Charges Skills Description: Qualification : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of IT experience in software development is necessary for this position. Basic Skills : Proficient in Unix and Python. Fair knowledge of GCP Fundamentals and Data warehouse concepts. Key Skills for the role : Experience in IBM Infosphere Datastage. Familiarity with Unix. Python proficiency. Fair knowledge of GCP fundamentals. Understanding of Data warehouse concepts. Capability to work independently and autonomously. Nice to have Skills : Experience with SQL. Knowledge of Control-M. Knowledge of GCP – Usage of Data flow, Airflow & Google BigQuery. Experience with Git. Exposure to production environments.
