More About the Role at Hatch We're looking for a Senior Frontend Product Engineer with 5 years of experience in a high performance, high growth web application environment. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and your co-engineers, playing a key role in shaping the future of work. What you’ll be responsible for: - Working in a fast paced, startup environment where fluid and evolving requirements need to be clarified and downstream implications thought through - Building and owning UI components, design language and frontend structures in close collaboration with the design team - Managing domain ownership and ensuring design consistency across projects - Optimizing frontend performance, resolving UI/UX issues, and applying best practices for scalability, efficiency and user experience - Exploring and adopting new tools and systems to enhance frontend development workflows and improve overall project efficiency and innovation - Mentoring junior team members, code reviews, technical discussions and knowledge sharing - Having a team first mindset, and putting the needs of the team above your own Technologies You'll Work With: - TypeScript, ReactJs & Next.js, NodeJs & REST APIs - HTML/CSS (Scss & CSS Modules): Responsive web styling and unified design system - Figma - Jest React testing library - AWS Services: CloudFront, Amplify, Lambda and etc - Monitoring & Logging: X-Ray, Dynatrace; CloudWatch and ELK/Splunk - CICD: CircleCI If you don’t think you're a perfect fit, you should still sign up to Hatch and create a profile, we'll match you to other roles that suit your profile.
