As a Digital Methods Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying Digital & Smart Operations based on the regional annual site roadmap and encourage collaboration and innovation to develop cutting-edge solutions Key Responsibilities: Accountable for the management of the Business Case related to the Smart Solutions Catalogue, including BCI creation, BCI approval, and registration in CanPortal. Explore new solutions with a disruptive mindset, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the digital field. Define and implement maintenance actions to ensure the robustness of the deployment, focusing on preventive measures. Support managers in identifying Digital Talents and Edison for their site, facilitating the integration of skilled individuals. Lead internal projects related to Smart Operations, collaborating with Site Digital Talents and the Site Management Committee. Promote and manage the deployment of Digital Solutions, ensuring process robustness, efficiency, and productivity. Collaborate with the Cluster RSMR (Regional Sub-Matter Referent), Cluster Central Support Function, and Schneider Digital to implement Smart Solutions effectively. Represent the Site during Smart/DQAI/SPS meetings with Central Support Functions, actively contributing to strategic discussions. Coordinate and animate the key user network in the factory, ensuring effective communication and utilization of Smart Solutions. Increase awareness and digital acumen level of the site population through training and knowledge sharing initiatives. Network continuously with Digital communities, actively participating in one or several communities to exchange and replicate best practices. Promote and challenge data analytics and process automation within digital communities, driving innovation and improvement. Measure the Digital Maturity of Smart/DQAI/SPS initiatives, evaluating the effectiveness and impact of implemented solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial engineering). Proven experience in managing business cases and deploying digital solutions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and strategically. Excellent project management abilities, including planning, organizing, and coordinating resources effectively.
