Role Working in a busy environment, the Graduate Engineer works closely with the Operations Coordinator and plays a key role in the delivery of services to clients. With a circa 75/25 office/site split, your role is a key one in ensuring the efficient running of the business. Responsibilities include. Assisting with Scheduling Taking bookings from Client's Ensuring all compliance and OHS paperwork is completed accurately Completing TMP’s and TGS's Invoicing works in accounting software Site audits of work zones. Skills Required Strong attention to detail Competent computer literacy and organisational skills Ability to positively contribute to a team environment Efficiency in handling phone enquiries and processing outcomes in a timely manner. Excellent communications skills to help build and maintain client and employee relationships Promote and maintain Quality Assurance, Safety and Environmental Standards Read, understand, and ensure compliance of the regulatory and legislative requirements Background & East Gippsland To secure this role we are seeking a graduate Civil Engineer who is seeking an excellent career opportunity in the picturesque East Gippsland region.
