Ventia delivers facilities management services to the City of Sydney's portfolio of 251 facility assets and this contract is one of the largest and most prestigious local government facilities management contracts in Australia and New Zealand. We are currently recruiting for an Industrial Asset Engineer to join our team located on Kent Street in Townhall, Sydney CBD Office. What's on Offer? Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: Maintain quality and accuracy of asset register and planned maintenance strategies. Review and provide analytical insights on asset lifecycle performance and cost associated. Reporting to, and work closely with the Strategic Asset Manager and Operational Teams to work through the annual maintenance plan Work with the Service Coordinators to resource level work programs and working with subcontractors to review and update asset inventory documentation. Undertake all work with due care, working in line with the legislative and company SHEQ requirements. Identify, analyse and interpret trends from the Asset Management System that point to the specific performance of Assets About You: Understanding of asset management and maintenance practices. 3 years of experience in similar Asset Engineer position is desirable. Advanced Microsoft Office suite Skills particularly Excel. Understanding of PowerBI is desirable.
