They look to achieve this through heavy investment in this team and with the appointment of a National Civil Manager to lead the civil team to achieve this vision. The role Reporting to the Executive Director, the National Civil Manager is a key leadership role. In this exciting role, you will solidify the market in which they are already experts and guide diversification and transformation; repositioning this company as a preferred engineering partner across multiple specialities within the civil sector. The National Civil Manager will grow and lead the civil team by working with them to ensure the delivery of projects within budget, timeframes and standards of excellence. In addition, you will be responsible for the winning of major projects, identifying sales and marketing opportunities for the future pipeline, whilst maintaining a positive relationship with current clients. The responsibilities In this career defining role, every day will be varied and rewarding and will see you be responsible for: Leading, managing and coaching the national team to grow, develop and deliver value organisationally and for stakeholders. Building, maintaining and fostering strong relationships with clients, working closely with the executives in the context of the strategic plan to support existing and developing new business. Lead the delivery of technically accurate, cost-effective and optimum designs in accordance with the relevant standards. Identify and seek opportunities to lead and contribute to innovative and technical improvement projects for the business. The requirements Opportunities are plentiful here.
