A skilled test automation engineer with OOP skills in Java and ideally python is required for reference data project in FinTech. API, CI CD. Working in a permanent role for a busy and established FinTech organization, the successful person will be working within an agile team on three business critical applications, focusing on data announcements and integration. To be a success in this role you will have experience in API testing, specifically around connectivity, access logs and database. You will need to demonstrate the following skills: Have at least 7-9 years of automation experience and thorough API testing experience with different protocols. Have very good knowledge of programming and thorough basic knowledge on Core Java and Python. Expert level understanding of object oriented programming. In-depth testing and automation experience in a structured environment. Experience in system, system integration, regression, end-to-end, & parallel testing. Experience with any of the CI tools – working with as well as setting up pipelines. Experience in test environment and test data setup. Those who have experience with Linux Machines, connectivity and access logs will be of particular intertest
