Description About the role In this role you will provide leadership and training to junior team members and provide technical guidance to less experienced professionals. You may also be involved in approving and preparing proposals and cost estimates and evaluating all project progress and recommend changes. The role would also be responsible in planning, conducting and coordinating engineering assignments, involving several smaller and some higher revenue projects, of varying complexity. The Team Leader position is a function, in addition to your substantive technical/ project contribution role as a Principal Bridge Engineer. Day to day tasks would involve: Perform more advanced engineering design tasks on assigned projects under minimal supervision, including engineering drawings, engineering reports, presentations, and required applications to regulatory and/or funding agencies.
