Public Cloud Container Services team provides a Managed Kubernetes Platform, enabling CBA teams to deliver applications at high pace by leveraging the power of Kubernetes and Public Cloud. In this role, you will see yourself building the Kubernetes Platform for the bank. You will be involved in building the cluster, teach the internal customers how to build a Kubernetes-native application and ensure the platform is running 247. We're interested in hearing from people who have: Extensive Experience as Software Engineer or DevOps or SRE or System Engineer in Cloud environment essential. Proficiency with Cloud/AWS fundamental service (IAM, VPC, EC2, ASG). Technical expertise with container technology: Docker and Kubernetes/EKS essential. Experience with programming in Golang is a must. Experience working with Infrastructure as Code (Cloudformation, Terraform, Pulumi) Experience working with CI/CD (Codebuild, GitOps/ArgoCD). Understanding of DevOps/SRE Best Practices: Logging, Monitoring, Security. Be able to communicate ideas clearly and effectively. Tech skills We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don't expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team; Advanced knowledge in Kubernetes networking, security and controller/operator. Extensive knowledge in Linux internal and be able to troubleshoot complex issues. Hands-on experience on Golang programming essential. Systematic problem-solving approach and proactively continue improving current processes and tools.
