In this full-time position, you will become a valued member of our dynamic Townsville team where you will contribute to excellent customer service by providing both onsite and phone-based IT and print-related support to our valued clients. This role offers you hands-on experience within a supportive and collaborative environment, the opportunity to work across a range of different client environments and offers exposure to some of the latest technologies in the market, allowing you to develop a wealth of skills & experience. The key areas of focus are: IT Support (phone based): Deliver proficient and timely support customized to meet our clients' needs via phone and maintain ticket updates to ensure seamless system operation. Onsite Support: Forge positive customer relationships by offering excellent customer service, clear communication, and quality outcomes within IT Onsite SLA. Print Support: Build strong customer relationships by delivering excellent customer service, clear communication, and quality outcomes within Print Support SLA.
