As we grow our presence in South Australia, this role will see you working on established projects, delivering design for masterplanned communities and embarking on new ventures in both private and public sectors. Job Description About the opportunity You’ll be working with designers, civil engineers, and construction administrators to bring to life complex land division and masterplanned communities right through design and construction phases. This role will see you: • Being the primary point of contact for the client through the lifecycle of the project, ensuring complex challenges and problems are managed • Taking overall responsibility for design delivery including resource management of designers and coordination of other disciplines, both internal and external to Spiire • Preparing tender and contract documentation • Collaborating in the design approval process • Under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager, you'll gain exposure to invoicing, planning, tracking project health and mitigating potential issues About you You are an experience civil engineer and aspiring Project Manager with a proven track record successfully delivering land division projects and associated infrastructure. You thrive in an environment which provides you with a breadth of responsibility and role diversity.
