Responsibilities: User onboarding & offboarding, password resets via Azure Active Directory Respond to user support requests via phone, email, and very much in-person Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and provide solutions in a timely manner Assist with basic network and security setup and maintenance Provide end-user training and assistance with computer and software applications Document support incidents and solutions in a ticketing system using ServiceNow or similar Perform routine maintenance and updates to computer systems Requirements: MUST BE BASED IN SYDNEY 3 years of experience in level 1-2 desktop support role Strong technical skills in Windows operating systems and Microsoft O365 Good understanding of networking aspects such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP ITIL Foundation Certificate (or equiv. experience) Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Work a rotating roster onsite in Parramatta Monday to Friday between 9am - 6pm Benefits: Close to public transport Strong investment in training and upskilling Exceptional working environment and culture with great development opportunity Accelerated experience working closely with Networking Team Fast paced environment with supportive leadership Large government organisation If you have excellent communication skills, and meet the above criteria, please apply now via the button below.
