Currently looking to hire a brand new role for a Practice Lead - Engineering & Architecture to drive the technical capabilities across a large community within the practice. DUTIES As the Practice Lead the core responsibilities of your role will cover: Lead a community of team members, through communities of practice Creation, communication and advocacy of a Practice roadmap which enables standards, frameworks, tools and best practice ways of working Responsible maturing our craft capabilities to support the changing needs of our business SKILLS As a trusted advisor, you have the ability to influence an organisation with a good appreciation of commercial and strategic context. Proven experience with: Reference Architecture, Design Patterns, Solution Blueprints, Platform Blueprints, Enterprise tech strategy Successful track record in delivering complex programs and/or transformations Experience establishing and running topic and role based communities of practice Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills BENEFITS This is an exciting opportunity to join a great culture and environment with a company while they continue to scale and grow with exciting new projects.
