Job Description We are currently looking for an experienced Project Development Engineer to lead the business in developing mid to long term capex business plans and the initial development of projects for Track and Civil assets on the Arc network. The Role In this role you will be responsible for: developing fit for purpose, mature mid-long term capex business plans for track and civil assets that are aligned to business and asset management objectives lead relevant stakeholders in evaluating options to determine preferred strategies and scopes of work for track and civil capex works (Projects) developing scopes of work, including technical specifications, for track and civil projects creating development plans for track and civil projects - defining the approach, activities, resources, schedule and costs for the initial development of those projects lead internal stakeholders to support the development of business cases and capital expenditure proposals for track and civil projects lead relevant internal stakeholders to develop and revise Asset Management documentation including project development document frameworks develop initial risk assessments to ensure all significant project risks are identified in a risk register and included in the scope documents About You To be successful in this role you will have Engineering Degree (Civil or Mechanical) or Construction Management 8 years Rail Track experience in an operational railway, including rail infrastructure management and engineering Experience with Power BI and similar data visualisation and reporting applications Proficient technical writing skills Experience in implementing and managing processes Demonstrated ability to work closely with stakeholders Current WA Driver Licence Working at Arc Infrastructure Working with us means working in a team environment where each person and team is valued for the diverse skills, ideas and experiences they bring.
