Ventia are seeking an Asset Engineer to join their team working across the Sydney Harbour Tunnel & Western Harbour Tunnel contracts. The successful applicant will be offered a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday based in North Sydney. The Asset Engineer will be responsible for the implementation of the Asset Management System including asset management strategies, asset data gathering, verification and analysis, maintenance and inspection programs and more. Benefits Job security working across a contract with long jeopardy (35 years) Opportunity to work directly with Transport NSW and learn transport standards Upskilling and on the job training with mentorship programs and a wide range of upskilling services Office location close to public transport Work with an innovative team & contract Access to VenPerks - discounts on private health care, insurances, retail, hotels, car hire and access to Ventia's employee assistance program Key Duties and Responsibilities Support the development, implementation, management and continuous improvement of the Asset Management strategies and plans Ensure all Technical Maintenance Plans are updated to comply with changes to legislation Prepare various reports/presentations including O&M Monthly reports, maintenance performance and KPI dashboard reports, asset condition and performance data Use the AIMS to plan/schedule, generate, distribute work orders to work parties Assist the work parties to properly and timely close out the work orders and raise follow up work orders Oversee, track, and report the overall condition and performance of assets within site to Asset Manager and Maintenance Team, develop and suggest rectification plans and assist with the implementation About You Tertiary qualification in engineering Proven experience in Asset Engineering Experience in the transport and roads industry Advanced IT and computer skills Understanding of Asset Management and O&M principles and standards, in particular AIMS (preferably Maximo) About Ventia Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
