You will be required to provide high level of technical support to our customers. This is a full - time permanent role based in Frenches Forest. Travel is required.DescriptionThe key responsibilities and duties of the role:Perform installations, maintenance, repairs and user training as assigned by the Service ManagerProvide technical support to customers either by phone, email or on-site.Provide training to customers on the use of instruments.Maintain service-related files (i.e., Service Reports, Test results, packing slips)Update information in the database as required.Report service issues encountered in the field.Provide a report when service is completed.Assist in the promotion of their products.Other ad-hoc duties as requested.ProfileIn order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:Similar experience will be highly regarded.Degree in Electronic Engineering/Physics or Mechanical Engineering preferred.Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skillsHave a high attention to detail.An exceptional organisational and planning skillsTo be self-motivated and can work well within a fast-paced environment.Travel interstate and overseas is required for customer visits.Must have a driver's license.Job OfferPlease note only applicants shortlisted for this role will be contacted.
