Responsibilities Ensure the delivery of high-quality code for the website through code peer review, unit testing, and related methodologies. Lead and manage a diverse team of Software Engineers, including both permanent staff and contractors. Coordinate and oversee application release processes, including monitoring and reporting on administrative activities. Champion software development best practices to drive consistent and sustainable success. Provide mentorship, support, and collaborative opportunities for skill development within the team to enhance their capabilities.
