Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, the Server and Cloud Engineer will work to sustain and enhance the daily operations, resilience, security, performance and service delivery for hybrid cloud and digital Services and associated technologies. This critical hands-on role is a combination of proactive system management, escalated incident and problem management, and project work. This role is responsible for (but not limited to): Ensuring resilient operations and service delivery of all cloud, on-premises, cyber, network, telephony, SaaS, and platform technologies Driving implementation of M365 to improve end-user experience, reduce manual effort and increase effective collaboration Maintaining IT services and ensure that they are resilient and highly available according to the needs of Beaumont Tiles Proactively perform ongoing system and process enhancements to drive greater operational efficiency Working with key vendors to maintain operational platform KPI according to contract, SLA, cost, and efficiency objectives Collaborating with Wesfarmers, Bunnings, or Beaumont Tiles auditors about any findings and ensuring strong IT general controls are in place and maintained THE PERSON… You’re a high-performing, professional individual who can work both independently and as part of a supportive team environment. Having professional industry experience, you’re a confident communicator who can remain calm under pressure. You follow plans, focus on outcomes, and are meticulous with deadlines while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
