The Company Our client is a national civil engineering and environmental services provider. They are looking for a Senior Network Modeller and Planning Engineer to be based in Brisbane. The Position As a hydraulic network modeling and planning engineer, your main responsibility will involve evaluating planned developments using hydraulic modeling software. Your proficiency in network modeling and planning will facilitate the effective design and implementation of infrastructure needed to sustain expanding communities. This position will contribute to our client's nationwide water program by offering network modeling and planning services in both urban and rural areas of Australia. We seek a seasoned engineer with a keen interest in network planning, capable of spearheading projects and mentoring our client's expanding team of hydraulic modeling professionals. The Candidate The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering. More than 5 years of experience in network modeling and planning. Proven track record in network planning and hydraulic modeling for both pressurized and gravity systems. Proficient in InfoWorks WS Pro, InfoWorks ICM software, and other network modeling tools. Enthusiastic about delivering outstanding service to clients. Comprehensive understanding of existing statutory regulations, engineering principles, and contractual norms. Willingness to lead and support junior hydraulic modeling staff.
