The business is committed to advancing its' position within the FX and Fixed Income space through investment in technology and recruitment of high-calibre individuals to positively influence outcomes. A key part of that strategy is the development of latency-sensitive algorithmic trading capabilities, sophisticated market-making systems, quantitative risk management, data and analytics capabilities regulatory compliance and other necessary tools to support these operations. Working closely with Quants, Traders and analysts our engineers provide leading edge solutions for systematic FX and Fixed Income algorithmic trading including: alpha signals, price discovery, smart order routing, algorithmic execution, anonymous market making, analytics and research tools, and supporting system infrastructure. The successful candidate will participate in a global engineering team combining technical expertise and experience of FX/Rates/Futures markets, and will be expected to work closely with the business and other engineers, and contribute to both system design and technical implementation using .Net/React.js/Java in a Linux environment. Required Knowledge and Capabilities Strong Core .Net Front-End development skills; Well versed in Data Structures, complexity theory and CS fundamentals; Strong analytical and communication skills; Experience in financial domain development; Highly motivated, and suitably equipped to work directly with traders/quants; Desirable Some domain knowledge around FX or Fixed Income; MS or PhD degree in a relevant field a distinct advantage; Proven ability to deliver front office systems.
