Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects. Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, project team's performance) and report regularly on project status. Assign responsibilities and mentor the project team. Co-operate and communicate effectively with Project Manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions, as required. What do you need? A degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. 5 years experience delivering civil infrastructure projects. An ability to work constructively in project teams to solve problems, drive health and safety culture and produce quality outcomes. Strong interpersonal skills to liaise positively with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of innovative client solutions. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards. Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
