About the role Engage in civil engineering tasks while overseeing project management duties, including the creation and execution of project management plans; Operate within the parameters of the company's HSE management systems; Analyse and interpret engineering drawings effectively; Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement effective risk management strategies; Establish project parameters such as scope, schedule, methodology, and budget; Develop and obtain approvals for project sequencing and staging plans; Maintain accurate cost and production tracking in alignment with project budgets; Create and review project documentation, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards; and Foster engagement with clients and key stakeholders, managing subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants as needed. About you Possess relevant qualifications in construction-related fields, including engineering and construction management; Have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally on TMR projects; Demonstrate a commitment to prioritising safety for all project stakeholders; Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills; and Demonstrate effective multitasking skills.
