Position: Project Engineer Location: Perth Metro Area Commencement: 8th April 2024 Duration: Long-term Opportunity Pay rates: $100 - $120ph based on experience Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field staff to plan and execute projects from conception to completion. Conduct site investigations and assessments to gather data and inform project designs. Design and implement solutions tailored to meet project requirements and constraints. Prepare project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications, in accordance with industry standards and client expectations. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance and success. Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, and take proactive measures to address any issues or deviations. Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, offering guidance and solutions to overcome challenges. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on piling, ground improvement, or related disciplines. Proficiency in geotechnical design software and analysis tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed and work in various environmental conditions. Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility preferred.
