About the client Their role is to support a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers About the role - Senior EDW Engineer The Senior EDW engineer will lead project stream of the client's data warehouse platform. This includes updating data development documentation, providing technical guidance to developers and reviewing/approving data designs and data models. Duties Provide technical leadership to the project delivery team through design reviews, advising on implementation best practices, defining and refining release process and technical workshops Review and refine the data delivery framework in order to enhance integration of new sources, performance of existing data delivery and rapid development of new subject areas Provide knowledge transfer sessions on best practices on development, data modelling, release process etc. Skills / Experience MS SQL / Teradata /Snowflake / Redshift / Databricks - Demonstrated competency in developing, auditing and reviewing code in 2 out of the 5 DW listed SAS (Base, EG) or SQL (essential) or Python, R or Java (preferred) Tertiary qualifications in mathematics, statistical, computer sciences discipline or more than three years relevant work experience How to apply To be considered for this role (JOB ID: EF9181), please forward your resume to Eric by clicking the Apply for this Job button.
