As a Support Engineer, you will help deliver an excellent support experience to our customers by working with them to solve their problems through support tickets. You will also get to work in an environment where modern tools and technologies are applied at scale. You will be exposed to Java, Containers, Cloud Platforms, micro-services, APIs, SQL and NoSQL Databases, Event Streaming, Data Analytics, Test Driven Development, Continuous Delivery and Site Reliability Engineering tools for monitoring, alerting and issue triaging. What you offer Previous technical support experience and strong troubleshooting skills Excellent call logging and communication skills Knowledge of Java/J2ee and exposure to cloud based technologies - prior experience on AWS or GCP is a bonus Experience with data integration and/or manipulation projects Proven ability in application debugging using Sumo Logic (or equivalent (Splunk, Dynatrace, Appdynamics, DataDog) Ability to work on a roster-based schedule Demonstrate a working knowledge of Internet and Networking concepts, protocols, and hardware IT qualifications will be highly regarded (i.e., CCNA, MCSA, IT degree/diploma).
