Urgent requirement for a mid level automation tester to work on API part of test frameworks in Java, Maven and SQL. This is a great opportunity to join a busy team and project with an iconic Australian Brand in the heart of the CBD, close to transport links. The role requires someone to create and/or enhance a framework with Java. You will be expected to add scripts to it, which will be mainframe and database scripts, so experience in SQL would be highly regarded, as would BDD and Cucumber. Other skills required: A minimum of 5-6 years in software testing Experience in writing Test cases for different phases of testing like System Testing, E2E Testing, UAT testing etc. Experience in contributing/writing Test Strategy, Test plan, Test summary etc. Proven experience in test design based on in-depth technical and requirements analysis. Experience in writing SQL queries to validate database results & writing and have basic to Mid database skills. Experience using Atlassian tools like JIRA, confluence, bit bucket etc. to create test artefacts. You will be a hardworking, self starter who can handle data heavy, API projects.
