About the role When we say our purpose is "to make technology real", it's our Specialist Services Engineering team who are key to ensuring we deliver on this promise by helping our customers on their journey to realise tangible business outcomes from technology through "consult", "design" and "build", then hand over to "run and optimise". As the leader of this team, you are responsible for building and sustaining our project delivery capability and are the Subject Matter Expert of all things Network & Security. You will be responsible for: Foster an environment that drives performance and quality in the areas of customer satisfaction, knowledge creation and sharing, technical expertise and adherence to our customer SLA's. Plan, coordinate and oversee Network & Security Engineering Specialists Team activities to ensure services and projects are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner and meet or exceed internal/external customer expectations. Lead the strong focus on customer satisfaction and promote an "over and above" attitude towards customer assistance within the team. Proactively contribute as a member of the Specialist Services Leadership Team. Essential Skills & experience 2 years' team lead experience with an MSP/Systems Integrator servicing small-to-large clients 5 years experience as a Network Engineer, preferably with Cisco and Palo Alto Experience in a customer facing support role with strong technical presence and confidence. Demonstrated commitment to customer-service, continuous improvement and ethical business practices. Strong experience as a technical escalation point.
