About the role The CloudOps Engineer role focuses on achieving high levels of technical expertise and quality when responding to incidents and requests relating to our customers' environments. You will be part of a team of technical subject matter experts with a broad knowledge of everything "Cloud". The role encompasses technical deep-diving on complex tickets in your areas of expertise and taking ownership of complex incidents to avoid escalation to specialist teams where possible. Provide technical content for client proposals. Engage with project teams including customers stakeholders to produce design documentation relevant to the customer requirements. Provide technical expertise, working across a multitude of cloud infrastructure, security, systems and application platforms to plan, install, configure and support customer environments. Implement cloud infrastructure, systems and application solutions and services with focus on CI/CD and automation tasks to treat Infrastructure as Code.
