The Customer IAM Associate Engineer is an entry-level role within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) function. This position is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions tailored to external users within an Azure and AWS Cloud environment. Duties Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions, focusing on user registration, authentication, and authorization. Gather requirements and provide input into CIAM solution configurations and optimizations. Configure and manage CIAM features, such as user profiles, authentication methods, and access policies. Support the troubleshooting of CIAM-related issues and provide resolution within agreed service levels. Contribute to the implementation of automations and integrations to enhance CIAM capabilities and streamline user interactions. Essential Criteria Demonstrated interest in identity and access management (IAM) solutions and technologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of CIAM concepts and principles. Demonstrated positive attitude towards people with disability, aligning with the core purpose of this agency.
