TalentWeb is looking to speak with experienced Civil and Water Engineers for an opportunity with a civil and environmental engineering consultancy based in SEQ. This role can be based at any of their offices across the region and offers a huge amount of autonomy and working from home flexibility. In this role you will be responsible for: Undertaking detailed stormwater, flood and water quality designs and reviews; Liaising with the rest of the civil engineering team, ensuring projects meet deadline and adhere to budgets; Provide flood and stormwater advice for properties and residential developments; Prepare technical briefs in relation to projects in accordance to ARR2019 and QUDM. We're looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following: A tertiary engineering qualification in civil or environmental engineering; Experience with preparing SMPs, HIA, flood studies, general stormwater/flood plans, drainage studies and options assessments; 5 years' experience in a similar role in QLD; Proficiency using TUFLOW, MUSIC, QGIS and exposure to: XPSWMM, AutoCAD, DRAINS, ICM, RAFTS, URBS, WBNM, MIKE.
