As a Senior Quality Engineer, you'll play a critical role in this transformation. See yourself in our team We are accountable to execute on Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) enhancements to processes, systems, and skills to ensure the Groups goal of ensuring leading practice in disrupting financial crime. Their strategy is to deliver efficient and quality processes aimed at creating experiences that our customers love, to ensure increased confidence in managing financial crime. We're building a new Master Data Management platform centred on Ab-Initio in the cloud plus we're building new APIs that will help our business consume our sanctified golden view of data. Here, you will cultivate an engagement and learning culture through activities such as presenting at internal forums and writing blog posts on quality engineering best practices in the banking/finance industry. We're interested in hearing from people who Have solid hands-on experience designing, developing, and rolling out test harnesses, frameworks, tools, and infrastructure to enable test automation, CI/CD, and code quality. Pride themselves on building robust test suites to minimize dependencies and ensure reliability of critical financial systems Are knowledgeable developing and implementing automated ETL job testing to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and integrity across the data pipeline Are confident designing and executing comprehensive data quality testing strategies to validate the accuracy and reliability of customer data Pride themselves in maintaining, curating, and monitoring non-production environments that replicate the complexity of the production Are influential in product design, implementing, enhancing support testability and quality assurance Are confident identifying and advocating for process changes to improve product quality and security in the financial context Tech skills We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don't expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team; Web services, REST/SOAP/XML and API/Service based testing using tools such as RestAssured, Pact or Blazemeter.
