We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Applications Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of green energy solutions. As an Applications Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, working closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions that drive value and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Conduct site surveys and collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements for green energy solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our products. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients, empowering them to effectively utilise our green energy solutions. Collaborate with product development teams to provide valuable feedback and insights from the field, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Specialise in key areas such as Green Ammonia, Hydrogenation, and Steel Decarbonisation, leveraging your expertise to customise solutions and maximise throughput in diverse applications. Act as a liaison between sales and engineering teams, communicating customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and strategic decision-making. Take ownership of post-sales activities including managing warranties, addressing water quality concerns, and overseeing installations and start-up processes. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in a technical sales or applications engineering role, preferably within the green energy sector. Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, with expertise in areas such as electrolysis, hydrogen production, and sustainable energy integration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivering innovative solutions to complex technical challenges. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
