Key Responsibilities Mentor and lead a team of chemists and engineers to innovate and excel. Provide crucial technical input, shaping the evolution of our designs and technologies. Spearhead research on catalytic coatings, ensuring robustness and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate closely with manufacturing and delivery teams, ensuring seamless integration of materials engineering solutions. Develop testing procedures aligned with our sustainability goals, ensuring every aspect meets our exacting standards. Qualifications and Experience Extensive R&D experience in materials selection, with a pulse on the latest electrolysis technologies. Advanced degree in Materials Science/Engineering, Chemical, or Electrochemical disciplines. Proficiency in nano-materials, catalyst inks, and thin film coatings-essential for driving innovation. Strong grasp of catalyst production and application, with a knack for scaling up formulations. Familiarity with experimental design and statistical analysis-essential for driving informed decisions.
