About the Role/Duties: Working closely with agile delivery teams, product owners and stakeholders (squads and business SME's), you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple digital project initiatives through their entire lifecycle. You'll utilise your agile and continuous delivery experience and techniques/methods to deliver high-quality project outputs and drive a first-class customer experience. You'll also: Facilitate the formation of delivery teams, plan the prep work and run shaping workshops; Manage budget and planning (including vendor management as required) for projects; Facilitate the escalation of Risks and Impediments raised by Squads and work with appropriate stakeholders to resolve. This will involve escalating the Risk, Issue or Blocker to the Scrum of Scrums and Group Scrum events; Facilitate activities appropriate for your projects (e.g. Organising business SME's for User Acceptance Testing, Release Planning across Outcome Groups, Golive (Release Report) management across outcome groups); and Identify, communicate and manage dependencies across multiple squads and groups. Along with the delivery aspects of this role, you'll also help the company with their agile transformation, improving maturity and performing continuous reviews/retrospectives to showcase outcomes and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies. Skills & Experience Within the context of the role described above, the ideal applicant will be someone who has the following key experience/capabilities: Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in an Agile Delivery Manager / Lead. Importantly you will have experience working as a Developer (Ideally Software); Strong experience and track record of success in an agile environment delivering complex initiatives with interdependencies across multiple projects and domains, working with multiple agile delivery teams; Strong experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders; A growth mindset with a collaborative style and a strong willingness to learn and grow in your career; and Above all else, you will have a humble, kind, friendly and trustworthy personality, with an excellent attitude and approach to work.
