The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital workflows, previous experience with similar systems like Power Automate, strong SQL skills, proficiency in using APIs and Postman, and extensive experience working with UAT and production environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for digital workflows and systems. Partmer woth business stakeholders to deliver outcomes and business value. Collaborating with the taskforceteam members, the business and other digital teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance. Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts for data analysis and reporting. Engages vendor partner reationships. Utilize APIs and Postman for integration tasks and system testing. Manage and coordinate UAT and production environments, ensuring smooth deployments and releases. Document technical processes and procedures for knowledge sharing and training purposes. Requirements: 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the property or real estate industry. Strong understanding of digital workflows and automation tools, with previous experience in Power Automate considered a plus. Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and reporting. Experience working with APIs and tools like Postman for integration and testing. Proven ability to work effectively in UAT and production environments, managing deployments and releases.
