This permanent full-time position can be based out of either Newcastle (Rutherford) or Brisbane at either our Wacol or Milton site. The successful candidate could work from home up to 4 days a week. This is a broad position that focus is on enabling our internal customers (Machine Analyst) and external customers to access the real time accurate data of their Komatsu products through applications and reporting. As such, this role will encompass all aspects of dataflow, data transformation, data-engineering ad data storage. In addition to this, the role will support in the development, configuration and integration of Web Applications. Role Location: Rutherford or Brisbane. What we are looking for: 2 years of experience as a Software Developer/Engineer or similar position Strong working experience in either, C#, .Net or Java Experience in front-end development with either React, Redux or Angular) Experience working with Python or related technologies Understanding of database management specifically with Snowflake, Influx, SQL or Postgres Previous experience with ETL and Data Modelling techniques is advantageous Experience working with Azure or cloud technologies. Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Proven time management with high attention to detail Strong customer centric approach with strong business partnership skills
