Essential criteria Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with CIAM products and platforms, such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, Akamai, or equivalent, with previous experience for any of these being highly desirable. Experience in designing or implementing in a Cloud environment such as Azure or AWS. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage workload and priorities. Demonstrated positive attitude towards people with disability, aligning with the core purpose of the NDIA.
