As a Machine Learning Platform Engineer, you'll take end-to-end ownership of your product in a modern DevOps culture. You'll be responsible for architecture, design, development, testing and operations and deliver incrementally in iterative cycles. You will have an Agile mindset and keen interest in software engineering across a range of technologies. You will work in a multi-disciplinary team alongside our data scientists to build ML powered solutions for our clients as well as implement MLOps to streamline the model experimentation and ML tooling and workflows for our Data Scientists. What you offer Minimum 5 years experience as a software engineer in an agile devops environment using an object-oriented development language (Java, Python) Experience across the full SDLC including design, build, test and supporting mission-critical production platforms Able to implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines Demonstrated proficiency using cloud technologies and integrating with ML services including GCP Vertex AI, DataRobot or AWS SageMaker in large and complex organisations and experience with SQL and Python environments. Data engineering experience will be highly regarded Previous experience and familiarity with cloud technologies and architectural practices to enhance tooling across the ML model development lifecycle Good collaboration and communication skills, a self-starter that is able to work in a team to deliver solutions We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
