Essential criteria Strong experience and expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access management solutions. Extensive experience in Entra ID (Azure AD) and Entra ID Governance. Experience in designing or implementing in a Cloud environment such as Azure or AWS. Experience with Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell is highly desirable. Experience with solutions, such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, Akamai, or equivalent, is highly desirable but not required. Experience with SCIM is desirable. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. Demonstrated positive attitude towards people with disability, aligning with the core purpose of the NDIA. Ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.
