See yourself in our team: Chapter Lead is an Engineering Manager and is accountable for leading a team of Systems Engineers around 8-10 direct reports. Specifically, you will; Attract, hire, and retain industry-best engineering talent with positive engagement Build a world class Engineering Culture Develop the technical, interpersonal and leadership skills of the Engineering teams in a structured way Contribute to thought leadership on Engineering best practices Ensure technical design, engineering & quality practices; and accountability for adoption across engineering teams Be someone who likes to be hands on coding and collaborate with other engineers and participation in stand ups, design documentation, PR reviews are expected Promote CBA and developing our value proposition as an Engineering employer of choice. Lead the implementation of complex technical solutions in a SaaS and cloud-based environment. Ensure appropriate cyber security controls are implemented Communicate Engineering Practice standards and consistent ways of working across the domain and CBA that align to industry standards Understand the value of and enable the growth of diverse teams We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half your time each month connecting in office.
