We seek an experienced Civil Engineer with top-notch design skills in 12D to lead design of new estates, sub-divisions in the land development sector. The vacancy We seek a Senior or Associate Civil Design Engineer who can competently manage the full design of large subdivisions. This may mean doing end to end design yourself from time to time. More likely, it's managing the design of others - from concept right through to detailed design and issuing for construction. The role It's a fairly flat structure here. You'll report into the Directors who are also hands-on in the business - leaders and sometimes Project Directors. You'll be working in an office of around 70 colleagues: Management, Project Managers, Engineers and Drafters and admin support as well as a Survey and Planning team. It's an engaged social group. No need to participate in every social event but as a leader in the business, you'll probably want to. Your attributes We seek someone with a tertiary education qualification – Diploma or Civil Engineering Degree You'll need superb design skills and the ability to use 12D Get up and go A drive to improve a business and make change.
