ICT Systems Engineering Role - Rapidly Growing Defence Company Our client is a rapidly growing technology firm that has recently won several major defence contracts across land, sea, and air platforms. Due to this expansion, we are seeking an exceptional ICT Systems Engineer to join our team and support the development of our complex range of products. In this role, you will provide end-to-end systems engineering expertise, from requirements gathering through design, development, verification, validation, and documentation. You will act as a technical SME, guiding projects and managing engineering plans and system safety documentation. Responsibilities include: Support the full technology stack and provide solutions from design to V&V Solid IP networking experience - CCNA required Create detailed engineering documentation and present to internal/external stakeholders Analyze customer requirements and operational scenarios through stakeholder engagement Guide technical meetings/workshops, providing systems engineering lifecycle recommendations Ensure projects are delivered within quality, schedule and budget constraints Provide pre-sales engineering support for proposals and tenders Identify new project/product opportunities aligned with strategic technology roadmaps Required Skills & Experience: NV1 minimum security clearance Strong networking skills (protocols, firewalls, ACLs, Cisco IOS) - Minimum CCNA Microsoft server/desktop management (Active Directory, group policies) Network testing methodologies and protocol analysis tools Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) Security principles and management Ability to work across the full systems engineering lifecycle This is an Engineering consulting firm that is looking to identify an ICT Specialist to act as an SME for their projects.
